American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I,II, III
American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status IV, V
Age under 18 years old
Age over 70 years old
Pregnency
unstable coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy
Cerebral disease
Patient refusal
Allergy to study drug
Psychyatric disease
Complete AV block, mild conduction delay, severe sinus bradycardia
