Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age\=19 or \>19 years old
- •Patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection
- •American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I,II, III
Exclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status IV, V
- •Age under 18 years old
- •Age over 70 years old
- •unstable coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy
- •Cerebral disease
- •Patient refusal
- •Allergy to study drug
- •Psychyatric disease
- •Complete AV block, mild conduction delay, severe sinus bradycardia
- •severe liver disease, severe renal insufficiency
