Patients undergoing VATS lobectomy with lung cancer stage 1
• Patients who have not signed consent form
• Patients who have heart disease such as myocardial infarction or coronary artery disease other than diabetes, hypertension
• Patients with pulmonary disease such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• Patients with liver disease or with AST/ALT that is more than twice the normal value
• Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to inhaled anesthetics or propofol
