Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient concent
2.Age group-18 years to 60 years
3.Both sexs will be included
4.Weighing between 40-60kg
5.ASA physical status l and ll
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Patient with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agent
3.Patient having severe hypotension
4.Patient with cardiac disease
5.Patient with h/o conuvlsion
6.Patient with h/o peripheral sensorineural deficit
7.Injury,deformity or any pathology at injection site
8.Failed block
