Patient presenting with intra-articular fractures of shoulder, elbow and knee joints.
Patient presenting within one week of trauma
Patients willing to undergo ketotifen therapy and follow-up for minimum of 3 months.
Patients with open fractures.
Patients with nerve involvement and vessel injury.
Previous trauma or surgery in the shoulder, elbow or knee joints
Patients with any immunodeficiency disorder
Patients already on any NSAIDS for any other systemic
illness
Patients with systemic illness that alter healing like Rheumatological illnesses, long term history of steroid intake.
