Age between 20 to 60 years.
2.Gender â?? Both Male and Female.
3.Middle Cerebral Artery Involvement.
4.Ability to maintain sitting balance.
5.Patient upper limb ROM more than half the normal range.
6.Minimental State Examination score (MMSE) <_ 24
7. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) <_25
8.BrunnStrom scale more than II.
9.Participants willing to participate.
1.Participants of previous stroke.
2.Other neurological conditions (Parkinsonâ??s disease, multiple sclerosis etc.)
3.Orthopedic conditions (Upper limb fracture etc.)
4.Loss of visual acuity preventing perception of visual material.
5.Patient with psychiatric illness and taking antidepressant pills.
