Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age between 20 to 60 years.
  • 2\.Gender â?? Both Male and Female.
  • 3\.Middle Cerebral Artery Involvement.
  • 4\.Ability to maintain sitting balance.
  • 5\.Patient upper limb ROM more than half the normal range.
  • 6\.Minimental State Examination score (MMSE) \<\_ 24
  • 7\. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) \<\_25
  • 8\.BrunnStrom scale more than II.
  • 9\.Participants willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Participants of previous stroke.
  • 2\.Other neurological conditions (Parkinsonâ??s disease, multiple sclerosis etc.)
  • 3\.Orthopedic conditions (Upper limb fracture etc.)
  • 4\.Loss of visual acuity preventing perception of visual material.
  • 5\.Patient with psychiatric illness and taking antidepressant pills.
