Inclusion Criteria

Definite unilateral Meniereâ??s disease

Refractory to medical therapy for at least six months

Average PTA of less than or equal to 50 dB in the affected ear

No retrocochlear disease/ CNS disease

Exclusion Criteria

Other otological diagnosis also present

Previous intratympanic injections

Allergy to Gentamicin

Not able to come for follow up
