Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA status I and II
- •Posted for endoscopic sinus surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients with severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease
- •2. Patient with hepatic or renal insufficiency
- •3. Patients with coagulopathy
- •4. Patients with cerebrovascular insufficiency
- •5. Patients on beta blockers, anticonvulsants, or any other centrally acting medications
- •6. Pregnancy and lactation
- •7. Patient allergic to the study drug
