Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients with clinical features suggestive of peripheral arterial disease of lower limbs

2.PAD patients with age >18 years

Exclusion Criteria

1.PAD patients with gangrene of foot proximal to toes (fore foot/foot)

2.Recent history of CAD (within 3 months of screening)

3.Patient diagnosed with malignancy in present or past.

1.To study the alteration in endothelial Nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), Interleukin-10, Interleukin-6, Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) and VEGF in patients with peripheral arterial disease as compared to controls. <br/ ><br>2.To study association between the change levels of biomarkers and progression of the disease. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: baseline, one month, two month, three months and six months <br/ ><br>
