- •1\- Participants in this study are part of nurses and doctors working in the sector. 2\-Participants in the study, the staff are fixed. exclusion criteria: 1\-Staff absences during the intervention period for various reasons( leave,..... ). 2\- transfer of Personnel to another ward.
