Inclusion Criteria
elderly patient who visited to the ED during August 2018 to October 2019
Exclusion Criteria
1) A physical inability to communication 2) An Inability to communicate in Thai language 3) A severe impair consciousness as the Glasgow coma score (GCS) less than 8 or the Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) scale less than score (-3) 4) The Emergency Severity Index (ESI) triage in level 1 who need immediate resuscitation.
