1. Adult people male and females aged 20-59 years
2. Work experience more than 2 years of doing a full-time job
3. Work mainly with a personal computer and have their owned PC or laptop computer
4. Working more than 4 days/week (or minimum working time at least 35 hours per week)
5. Self-reported working in sitting position more than 5 hours/day
6. A person who has the risk of WMSDs based on the self-reported of musculoskeletal discomfort in at least one area which related to the work in the previous 3 months following the physical health domains of OSCWE questionnaires
7. A person who has the risk of NCDs such as hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose, and obesity, etc. from the report of annual medical check-up
9. Being able to understand the Thai language and follow the instructions
1. Unable to communicate in the Thai language
2. Having an acute illness or chronic musculoskeletal injury (i.e. shoulder pain or stiffness, joint arthrosis, vertebral spondylosis, fracture and dislocation, Gout or Rheumatoid arthritis and others, which can restrict a physical activity participation
3. Having cognitive impairment, psychosis, and other psychological condition that may disrupt a cognitive performance, memory and language communication and understanding.
4. Having severe metabolic syndrome or chronic condition diagnosed by medical doctors such as heart disease, cancer, or other condition that can restrict a physical activity participation
5. Having a disability, such as blindness, deafness, or hearing loss
6. Having severe pain leading to physical discomfort and limit routine physical activity
7. The participant has a condition with under medical control for exercise prohibited following the PAR-Q assessment (136).
8. Pregnancy
9. Participants will be excluded if they have plans to leave the organization during the study period
